Our services
Areta System provides professional administrative and operational support, including executive assistance, workflow development, research, documentation, and business optimization services delivered remotely.
Service details, timelines, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in a separate agreement, proposal, or onboarding document.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information needed for the engagement.
- Respond to communications in a timely manner.
- Provide access to systems, documents, and tools when required.
- Respect agreed timelines, processes, and channels of communication.
- Ensure any materials provided are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.
Fees and payment
Fees for our services will be clearly outlined before engagement. Payment terms may include upfront deposits, milestone invoices, or recurring retainers depending on the arrangement.
Late payments may result in service delays, additional charges, or suspension of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable.
Service delivery and timelines
We deliver services with professionalism and care, but timelines may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. Delays caused by incomplete information or late feedback are not our responsibility.
While we aim to deliver high-quality support, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or performance metrics.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and use it only for the purpose of delivering agreed services. Access is limited to team members and contractors directly involved in your engagement.
Client information is not shared with other clients or third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Areta System retains ownership of the proprietary systems, processes, templates, and methodologies used to deliver services. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use deliverables for internal business purposes.
Client-provided materials remain the property of the client, and clients should not resell or redistribute Areta System intellectual property without permission.
Data protection
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is entirely secure. By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
Third-party tools
We may use third-party platforms and tools to deliver services, such as communication systems, project management software, and cloud storage. We are not responsible for outages or policies of those third parties beyond our control.
Limitation of liability

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if misuse is identified.
